Since I was young, I remember that I had an allergy to nickel and all kind of steels. I could just wear plastic watches and belts with plastic buckles. Those were cheap nylon or canvas web strap belts.
The only advantage I found wearing those simple belts was that I discover it allowed me to pass security checkpoints with the belt on! It was particularly convenient at the airport, as I always been a frequent traveller!
The issue was just the “cheap” look of the belts, so I decided to create a classy leather belt and associate it with a strong polymer blend buckle.
And “ITAY Belts” was born!
